Enwave

In partnership with Affiliated Engineers on the new expansion for the Enwave downtown district cooling plant, S&S provided a three-cell modular Marley NC Crossflow Cooling Tower to serve the neighboring downtown buildings.  Enwave utilizes large scale ice thermal storage to create ice at night, when energy costs are lower, allowing for that ice to melt and be used as chilled water for air conditioning needs throughout the day.
