Lyric Tower

The S&S Team partnered with Graco Mechanical to deliver a full cooling tower change out in a single weekend. The towers are installed on the 26th story roof of an office building in the Theater District of Downtown Houston. The property manager, Hines, was pleased to upgrade their mechanical equipment without disrupting service for any of their tenants.
