Wells Fargo Tower

CBRE was tasked with replacing their aging wooden cooling tower on the roof of the second tallest building in Houston. Lifting to the 71st story roof with a crane or helicopter was not possible, so they turned to the experts at S&S HVAC Equipment. The new cooling tower was shipped from the factory completely disassembled. S&S technicians brought the tower to the roof piece by piece and built it in place over the course of several months.
