In partnership with Hines, S&S provided a 4-cell modular Marley NC Crossflow Cooling Tower with 4,100 tons of capacity, which was the basis of design for the project. Located in downtown Houston, Texas Tower is a new ground-up landmark high-rise that was designed and developed by Hines for their new headquarters.
